The email claims that housing reservations are open and urges recipients to click a link to book accommodations. It may appear to come from an external sender using a false travel company email address such as: Daniel.Turner@UltraTravelBooking.com

Please note:

• This email is not affiliated with SEDA or the Summit organizing team.
• Do not click any links or provide personal or payment information.
• Do not reply to the sender.
• If you receive this message, please delete it immediately.

How to identify the scam:

• The sender's email address is not an official SEDA or event accommodations partner address.
• The message creates a sense of urgency by encouraging immediate booking.
• It contains external unauthorized booking links.

Official information regarding conference accommodations, registration, and event logistics are available via the SEDA website at www.seda.ca and will only be distributed through SEDA's official communication channels.
