Release of 'Fostering Trading Area Economies' Report

SEDA is pleased to release this 2021 Report during Economic Development Week in Saskatchewan.  Developed in partnership with the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy, it highlights "trading areas' which abound throughout Saskatchewan and raises the viability of focusing on trading area economic zones as a means to ensure long-term sustainability for municipalities and First Nations. Further development of recommendations 2 and 4, located within the report, is currently being pursued by SEDA and key strategic partners.
