Two awards will be given in each category for the Marketing Innovation Award and the Community Project Award - based on population. The Richardson Pioneer Grey Cup Festival Community Celebration is a contest for small- and medium-sized communities. Six Grey Cup Celebrations across the province will be awarded a $25,000 grant.
