Seeking input on proposed salary scale for economic development professsionals
SEDA has recently conducted research on salary scale models in other jurisdictions and in other professions within Saskatchewan, with the aim of better supporting economic development professionals and assisting communities in resource planning. As a result of this research, a proposed salary scale for the Saskatchewan market has been developed.

We are now seeking input from professionals and community leaders like yourself to determine:

1) Is there interest in having a compensation framework for economic development professionals in the province?

2) Do you agree with the salary scale being proposed?

Your insights and feedback will contribute to further discussion on a potential framework that accurately reflects the needs and expectations of our provincial community.

We are seeking your input by Friday May 24.

Questions on the survey and this initiative may be directed to Christina Birch at christinabirch@hotmail.com

The responses from this survey will determine our next steps in the consultation process.
