Province Declares May 18 to 24 Treaties Week

Treaties Recognition Week promotes awareness of treaties and encourages educational opportunities about treaty rights and relationships. Learning about these collective responsibilities builds stronger, informed relationships between First Nations and non-First Nation peoples, contributing meaningfully to ongoing reconciliation efforts. Industry clusters are groups of interconnected businesses, suppliers, and institutions that boost investment readiness by creating an environment of shared resources, reduced risk, innovation, and competitive advantage. They attract capital by offering established and efficient ecosystems, and institutional and public sector support, making them central to regional and sectoral economic development strategies. Province of Saskatchewan Provides Nearly $1 Million to Support Young Entrepreneurs

The province will provide Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce with $285,000 per year, for three years, plus administration costs to support entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 35 years of age who have been in operation for 10 years or less. Applications open today through to July 14, 2025 and will be awarded in the fall.
