	Saskatoon Chamber recommendations transferable to all communities In order to retain local businesses, significant concessions will be required. They recommend that municipal leaders: 1) review policies to promote local procurement; 2) Defer property tax and utilities until March 2021 with an extended interest-free payback period of 2 to 3 years; 3) Reassess property taxes for 2021 to ensure they reflect the economic impacts and realities of COVID-19.
