Peter Kenyon, with over four decades of experience, has worked with 2000+ communities in Australia and abroad to spark local economic and community renewal. His diverse background includes roles as a youth worker, teacher, lecturer, and senior public servant. Kenyon emphasizes bottom-up community development, urging communities to invest their own ideas, assets, and resources. He founded the Bank of I.D.E.A.S. (Initiatives for the Development of Enterprising Action and Strategies) to facilitate this approach. Kenyon's passion lies in fostering healthy, inclusive, and sustainable communities from within. His work promotes self-reliance and empowerment, striving for a paradigm shift towards community-driven development.
