The 2023 Provincial Summit has three keynotes lined up for you. Opening keynote speaker Gary Merasty, former Member of Parliament, will illustrate the need for a solutions-based economic approach in Saskatchewan. Sarah Calhoun’s closing keynote will share the story of how pants and a music festival are helping foster strength and self-reliance in women and agricultural communities. And in between, former mayor of Victoria Lisa Helps will talk about how people must come together, find a common purpose, and take action on complex problems.
Attendees will also have their choice of more than a dozen concurrent sessions. Speakers from around North America will offer expertise on the many areas of community and economic development, from food security to data-supported storytelling. How do these sessions sound?
