Located near the Moose Mountain Provincial Park and within 1.5 hours of Weyburn, Estevan, Regina and Yorkton, Kipling was made famous in 2006 through the Red Paperclip Trade and for holding the Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Paperclip.

We have over 60 local retail outlets and businesses that provide a diverse directory of products and services to our residents and visitors. Our recent Quality of Life Survey indicates that resident satisfaction is at an all time high.
