PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Designed specifically for stakeholders engaged in municipal and economic development projects. Learning objectives are targeted to educating participants on the six-step project development process.  This process can become an invaluable tool for those involved in community economic development.      

The six steps are:

Step 1:  Municipal Project Identification and Qualification
Step 2:  Project Planning
Step 3:  Pre-Feasibility Analysis
Step 4:  Feasibility Study
Step 5:  Business Plan Development
Step 6:  Implementation
