Reporting to the Economic Development Committee, the EDO is responsible for overall function of Economic development. This role ensures alignment with EDR’s mandate, policies, and budgets while driving forward the organization’s mission of promoting economic growth, innovation, and opportunity in Regina and surrounding areas. The President & CEO provides visionary leadership, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and positions EDR as a trusted partner for sustainable economic development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven record of strategic leadership and relationship management across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. They bring established credibility within the business community and experience working in economic development, investment attraction, or related fields. They are adept at aligning diverse perspectives, fostering meaningful partnerships, and delivering results that drive economic growth.
